I know this is an issue for my isp, however;
I recently asked Comcast to upgrade form the double play to the triple play with the addition of the digtal phone. We have not been able to get all incoming calls for 2 weeks although Comcast says it is working on it and will get it done.
Verizon is supposed to have released my number but it would behoove them to 'foul' up the transfer to regain my business.
Has anyone had a similiar experience and possible resolution. I know the ex answers are -it is enough time etc but the triple play with comcast would be a great package for us if it woud eventually work. We do not have access to FIOS yet.?
