Isass.exe invalid handle when starting up

When I start my pc I get the message: Isass invalid handle. when I click ok the system will restart and gives me the same error again and again and it starts ok again

Usually the worms.

That's not uncommon if you have just XP (without SP2 or firewalls) and connected to the Internet.
