Is Zune 2.0 all that I want? Or is there something better..

So I checked out the news on the new Zune. Actually it sounds really good. Here's my MP3 all-time wishlist. Is the Zune the best at all this or maybe the unannounced Gigabeat may be a better bet:

Wanted Features:
MP3 & WMA playback
Integration with Vista Media Center for recorded TV
Wi-Fi enabled & embedded browser
Can act as a storage device
Podcast aggregator
A/V output
User friendly UI
Good hardware

With the exception of the browser, the Zune sounds pretty good.

the Archos 605 Wifi I believe supports all of that including the web browser
I'm not familiar with the Vista Media Center, but it supports MTP and UMS connection so unless it's a Zune only thing, it should work like any other player, if not you can record TV directly to the player
The GUI isn't like Creative's easy but it works well and the touchscreen helps
