Is this software is beneficial

Hello guys i found a software named BPM Software which allows us to manage our business. This software is a business process management software solution that helps organizations reduce cost and improve employee satisfaction by providing process definition, process automation and visibility for areas such as Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance, Sales, Marketing and other types of services. But i was not familiar with this software but if any of you guys have got knowledge about this software please let me know how it's works. It does not require any programmer to run the software so we can run it self. And is it really give benefits to us. When a business person thinks software can run itself you know they have been sold a pile. It may be fresh and steamy but anyone that depends on software like this is cruising for a brick wall.

Who will back it up?
If it's cloud based, how do you migrate?

I've never needed a programmer to run software. Only to write or modify it.

However, for ERP software like this, I see a lot of expensive consultants are needed to configure it so it does what the company really needs. And, remember, badly configured ERP software is a great source of employee DISsatisfaction.
