Who is the carrier and where are you (State/city/region) ?

The carrier is Bell and I am in the toronto area, Canada. It's a special rate plan not open to the public.

I have to reverse my thought on this.

For that area, not a bad deal. However 500 megabytes of data is too easy to blow through. See if they laid a trap for you. That is, is the data cost going to kill you if your phone went nuts and downloaded some "update" continuously?

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
