Frankly if VM balks it's too likely another provider may too. The banks and too many other companies are leaking data and causing troubles like this. I suggest you talk to the credit card company.
I bought a phone with my credit card last month with virgin mobile,
first time ever using that credit card with them. Apparently i can't use
that card with that phone to do auto-tops, which is beyond me, they're
saying It's under fraud alter and that I can only top-up with a top up
I've been with them for 6yrs, I switch my phone for there 35 beyond talk
and everything falls apart. Last month I sent them and email as
instructed and was sent an email back saying that the card was now register
and will be able to use for auto top up. But now a month later and time for auto
top and it doesn't work, and now my phone is shut off, And the answer they keep telling me is to go buy a top up a card.
They now want me to fax my credit card, photo id and the credit card
bill to resolve this issue. What should I do, I was told this issue was
fixed and it isn't.
I'm really thinking of putting the phone on craig and just signing away with Verizon
