Question

Is this a virus?

by tress11 / July 22, 2011 12:49 PM PDT

Hi,
Something strange has happened and I don't know how to fix the problem. I cannot open my internet explorer and when it does open it closes right away. Is this a virus? I also remembered that I have firefox, so I am using that search engine right now. Please tell me how to fix this problem. I really appreciate it.

the paragraph in red that is right above the submit button.

I am leaving for a few hours so I can not stay and help you but in order for anyone else to help you, you need to offer the above information. Plus I would also tell which scanners you have on your computer and which ones you scanned with already. I am assuming that you already did some scans before posting? That is how you determine if it is malware causing your problem.
