change the RAM to 2x4 so I could use dual channel for more speed
I would also go to a 600 watt single rail PSU.

Do read the manual to determine which slots to use to enable dual channel
for the 2x4GB ram kit.

Editing leans heavy on the cpu and the ram.
Watch your ram usage and if your maxing out consider adding a second 2x4GB kit.
Same make and model.

The overall specs look good so far, however as said by @itsdigger, increasing ram would help you further in the long run. also, consider upgrading your Processor to i7 if possible.
