Without shipping it cost $473.00 and with $538.00
if not where can i get similar for less

You'll have to factor in at least another $100 for an O/S; also I would check out this link for possible reasons NOT to buy from this manufacturer http://forums.cnet.com/5208-7586_102-0.html?threadID=116362 although this thread was started many moons ago, there have been some recent replies added

you can get a quad core pc with 4gb and windows 7 from best buy/compusa for aboout the same price.
