General discussion

Is there really a need for two threads on the same subject?

Different text/information

Yes, the subject is the same, but the second is a continuation of the subject matter with additional information, hence the "more".

The posts were made a days apart.

Both are political in nature, so some agree, some disagree. Political topics are posted from both points of view.

There are times when the same topic is posted by 2 different members. This is because the second one didn't see the first, or the subject lines didn't indicate they were the same story. No harm done.

Thanks for the explanation.

"There are times when the same topic is posted by 2 different members. This is because the second one didn't see the first, or the subject lines didn't indicate they were the same story." That is the reason I said that it was posted by the same user. But if it is accepted I guess there is nothing to do and I don't really care, but I was a little surprised that it was allowed.

I have emailed the moderators about Lee's email address but haven't yet got any reply. I'd appreciate if you could either send it to my email or post it here, Angeline.

Thank you.

He has several e-mail addresses, with the general one being messageboards(at]cnet[dot)com.

Only need the one that he uses for the members...

I only need the one that he uses to communicate with the members.

AndI wonder what goes in "messageboards". Thr forum or simply "messageboards"?

Things would be much easier had you just provided the publicemail address to him instead of the "[at]" and the "[dot]". It doesn't make much of a difference, but I still wonderwhat "messageboards" stand for if anything at all...

you were given it
Sep 29, 2006 10:04PM PDT

the address is messageboards(at]cnet[dot)com

the (at] and [dot) are merely to fool the bots....
