Boot computer to a Linux distro

Mint, Ubuntu, Elementary OS, etc.

Open the file manager and have the computer connected to the phone. If there's anything left of the data, you will be able to access it. Windows won't.

I afraid that without backup, you might need to use some third-party data recovery tools to help you out, like FORecovery to name a few. They all allow you to take a free trial, just download and preview the recovery result, then decide whether this is worth for you. As for recover photos from Android phone, try to check out the google drive and its trash folder if she has set up to sync before.

There is was no backup of the data and all the things were stored in Internal memory. @R. Proffitt will surely check PhotoRec for the purpose!

Android phone doesn't have a recycle bin like a computer because it will take up lots of space. But a usual manual deletion just only deletes the address name of your data. You still have a chance to recover the deleted data of phone if you did not download big files which will store in the storage place.

How much time has it been since you deleted your data of phone? If it's more than 24 hours then there is less chance you can bring it back. However there should be any good app or tactic to do that.
