An OS is one thing.
A forum is yet another.

You are in a forum, not an OS so you need to tell a lot more about what you are trying to do as well as the goal.

For the web end you use something like http://kanaka.github.io/noVNC/noVNC/vnc.html and then put the FreeBSD into a Virtual Machine on say Virtual Box.

Lots of things to setup but in the end it's web access.

What is this about a forum?
