Is there any best Android practicing apk?

Hello I'm having a Dell i3 laptop and I want to learn Android programming but the Android studio apk is not supporting need another best tool for my device. Please recommend. Thank You!

"Android Studio" should work. But you added "APK" so please expand why that's in the product name.

Sorry its exe. My ROM is not enough to run the Android studio if any tools to use instead of Android studio please let me know.

How much ROM do you have on your Dell i3 laptop?

I've seen Android Studio run on small Windows PCs.

Such as 4GB RAM and an 120GB SSD. If you are trying to run on less then it may be time to move up.
