Years ago I did that with Virtual Dub. You can save A to that file and V to another.

using Record My Desktop program. Start the program, start the video but have the sound turned off, when it's over stop the recording and there's a file with all the sound gone. If you have a Youtube account, I think it can be done there too.

You can use Windows Movie Maker to eliminate the sound. Open Windows Movie Maker, import this video, go to "Edit" on the top menu, and click "Video Volume", mute the video's sound. Resume to "Home" menu, click "Save Movie", choose a file to store this video and wait till the processing is done. This way is workable for me.
