Is there a way to add the 850 Mhz to an unlocked v360?

Oct 3, 2006 5:20AM PDT

I got a Motorola V360, and yes, I would like to mess aorund with it and tweak it abit. I have a Cingular service attatched to it, and was just wondering if I can somehow add the 850 Mhz to it. Any advice/comments is welcome.

Don't think so

Unless the feature is built in the phone, nothing you can do to add it.

It was a long shot, thought I'd ask.

Did you buy the phone unlocked or unlock it yourself?

Got it unlocked...

I bought it unlocked already, and it is a tri-band phone (900/1800/1900). I'm on Cingular, which is mostly a 850 Mhz carrier. It works great, reception is above the norm, but I was just wanting to tweek it and see if I can somehow 'install' the 850 Mhz band into it.
