language and not have any English in it at all.
Problem right now is that neither of us know that for a fact. I do not recall being asked what language to use when I installed iLife but it may be that the iLife installer checks to see what the main language of the Mac is before it goes ahead with the install.
I do know that when OS X is installed, there is a language choice made at first boot and that Gigs worth of foreign language files are installed along with the OS.
I would be tempted to send it back, unopened, and to get someone in the UK to purchase a copy there and mail it to you.
As for the instructions, short of "insert DVD and reboot" there is not much more you need to know.
Fakes are so good these days that it would be hard to tell, just by looking at the box and without having a genuine one to compare with, whether it is a fake or not.

I am an Englishman resident in Japan.I bought a Mac Box snow leopard with i life and i work upgrade for my Tiger 10.6.11.
I bought it from Amazon jp,but the photo on their web site clearly showed English on the box.I received a set with only French on the set!
Before I open, I need to know as a Newbie if there will be a problem with the install,I mean are there English instructions too in the box?
PS. IF it is a fake how will I know from the outside of the box?
Thanks!
