Is there a Mac equivalent to Monarch from Datawatch?

Does anybody know of a good text manipulation tool for the Mac?

Previously I have used Monarch on a PC - great tool, allows you to define import and translation/transposition templates and masking. I cannot find anything similar on the Mac. All the text tools there are for development rather than data manipulation.
