IS THERE A 24P CAMERA UNDER 800$?

Hi.. I am searching for a camera that can record 24p. ( I hate interlace.. .. ). I am willing to buy even a camecorder wich has a Interpolation of interlace (if it has more than 1MP .. so that the quality is relatively the same as normal DV). Anyway.. does anybody know such a camcorder? Thank's for your help!
