if i ever wanted to play a cellphone game on my computer, are there any emulators for that, if so where can i get one

It'd depend on the phone really. Sometimes there are official emulators aimed more at people who want to write programs for the thing than regular users, but they can be used either way really.

Otherwise, your best bet would be to hit google and start searching.
