Is the Nokia Android best smartphone?

I found on different websites and youtube video that nokia will publish android on 2016. They will be probably Nokia E1 and C1. I don't know if they will be well or not. Please give me a good suggestion, if Nokia will be good or not? If not, suggest me best phones that will be smooth for browsing.

My friend uses Samsung. His mobile also hanged sometimes. So I chose and decided to buy nokia smartphone.

at this time. Nokia phones are nothing but a concept at this time. who knows what features it will actually have when it is finally released.

Nokia Phone is also the best when Symbian OS but now Nokia use android operating system that good news for us and Nokia will be the best Android phone within next two year.
