There is in fact a remote chance they could introduce a PDF virus. It's remote plus it means your PDF viewer would have to be ancient for the virus to work.

There is in fact a remote chance they could introduce a PDF virus. It's remote plus it means your PDF viewer would have to be ancient for the virus to work.
"All uploaded files and data are treated as strictly confidential and are never disclosed to third parties."
So while they claim to destroy the files after conversion they do say by this they can disclose them to first and second parties.
Here's my take on this. This PDF conversion site is not required for what I see they do. I use a PDF printer I picked up at Ninite.com. Also, most apps have a save to PDF feature.
