Question

Is my motherboard or cpu broke

Im hoping someone smart can help me.. So my problem is that my pc will turn on but the fans spin slow and I get no display and after running some test I have came to a conclusion that my mobo or cpu is broken.. I'm not sure which.. A few pins on my cpu are slightly bent maybe this is the problem.. I don't know help plzzz

The only way to find out which one is to try another CPU on this mobo and/or this CPU on another mobo.

But if the pins are slightly bent, there's a chance that inserting this defective CPU into another motherbreak breaks that also. So I would start with trying another CPU in this motherboard.
