Supply the usual Web Speccy link where members and I can check into other FPS killers like drives with excessive SMART errors.

playing game, 1070 overclocked by 150mhz.
>game crashes
>take down overclock
>relaunch game, something's wrong. crappy fps
>uninstall driver, 1070 not detected by windows.
>reboot. same. take it out, put back in. detected
>install 5 different driver versions, all crappy fps(in older games real unstable fps e.g 140-40 instant drops)
i tried a few games i had installed to test, and mmo's seemed to run real unstable, meanwhile shooters(offline) like crysis 2 ran like they should.
ran disk check, windows ram check, stressed the CPU for 30+mins. all fine, good temps. even the 1070 SEEMS fine. the GPU core Load would always drop in % whenever the fps dropped in certain games. temps were always fine though.
ive toyed with computerbuilding and repair for years, but im lost for words and thoughts.
