During I did the disassemble job, I only found one shorty hair in FAN, and very very minor dust there, however I still use dust-remover clean it.
I found I couldn't remove two screws securing the wireless card.

I found a 2-thin-wires(black, red) link between top cover and bottom (motherboard on bottom) which didn't mention anywhere and seems can't disconnect.---anyone can confirm it ?

I found at least 4 or 5 places on motherboard mark as "replaced"
--anyone can confirm it ?

besides there is a cable original didn't properly connect (nearby the phone jack#2), I adjust it.

HP offered the best deal 25% discount to repair, we rejected

we already spent money and time to prove our baby's MEM, HD, power supply, battery, fan, DVD are all OK. why should we pay more for the poor quality notebook caused by HP itself ?
Original HP request $399 after we sent email about what we found during disassemble, HP reduced to $300 (25% discount).
we have the oldest HP L2000 over 6 years old still alive.
I noticed F761 was much "hot" than L2000 especially touch pad.
