Is joost really good?

Joost (http://www.joost.com/whatsjoost.html) LEGALLY streams TV channels online that you can watch with software provided by Joost. It has all the csi episodes, adult swim, cbs and alot more channels. This SHOULD be a good thing. But I don't live in the USA so can't watch any of these channels! how fair is that? Is there any way for me to watch the channels I want on Joost without being in the US?

and is experimental. I'm just trying it out.

I think we will have to wait awhile before we get all the channels we might want.
