Question

Is it worth using WebWork Time Tracker?

Hey Guys,

would you happen to have used WebWork Time Tracker? I am thinking about purchasing its monthly plan for my team, and wanted to make sure I am making the right decision. It is actually not expensive at all, in terms of thinking about losing money, it is just that I don't want to lose time on a bad experience...Any thoughts? Please, help. Much appreciated!

Not a fan. Why?

I'm not a fan of web based products for such use. Why? Read https://www.cnet.com/news/woz-the-cloud-is-a-nightmare/

Few of those cloud based providers have ways to you to go offline and use YOUR DATA. When you put it on the cloud, it's no longer under your control.

That is, if your internet connection is lost, how to use the data? Does WebWork offer a version you host in your own business? If no, they are not worthy of consideration.

Should you invest time in such software

The decision is up to you. Because you need to see if it will help you track or increase productivity. A time tracking tool can help you maximize the working time of your employees. You have a better control over the employees.
