Is it true Toshiba notebooks don't have contrast controls?

Is it true Toshiba notebooks don't have contrast controls? I just purchased a Satellite A70, and as a designer need to calibrate my monitor for working in correct color. I saw the brightness control, however, no contrast. Please tell me this isn't so!! Sad

on my m45 i press function key and f6 or f7 to raise or lower as far as i know all notebooks have this due to demand for battery life my 1994 gateway solo 2500 evn has this

That's the brightness not contrast

The F6 and F7 control the brightness not contrast.
