The number varies with country but hit the web for a Sony service or "SonyCares" number and ask.
I got a KDS-R60XBR1 from a family member a couple months ago. It had gone bad in 2012 with the yellow haze, optical light engine failure. Is it still possible to make a claim on it through Sony? I did some research and found that they pulled it in 2009 but it seems like people were still getting replacement discounts well into 2012. It's now 2015 and I cant find any recent posts about it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
