Question

Is it possible to backup a PC to my Time Capsule 2TB?

Nov 19, 2012 3:16PM PST

I have a 3 year old Gateway Model SX2800 with Intel Core2 Quad CPU (Q8200 @ 2.33 GHz 2.34 GHz)
4GB RAM, 750GB HD running Windows Vista Home Premium sp2 64-bit OS.
This is my main home office PC. I recently decided to begin migrating to Apple, adding a 13" Macbook Air and a 2TB Time Capsule. I wish that I had decided years ago to stick with the switch to APPLE but I didn't.
In the meantime I would like to automate the backups of my PC to the Time Capsule. The process of backing up my Macbook is so incredibly simple and seamless I barely know it's there.
I've read Bonjour is the Apple approved method of performing backups of the data on my PC to my Time Capsule. But I also see quite a few negative things written about Bonjour too.
I need some "professional" advice before I screw around with the ease of use on my current Apple set up. Can anyone help?
