maybe. it depends on what you have done to the drive after you deleted or formated. if nothing, there are lots of tools that should be able to recover quickly. if you have installed or otherwise written onto the drive, then it could get very hard. at that point, software alone isn't enough. you need an expert in data recovery to find things and piece them together. they usually charge $1 per megabyte of recovered data, and you don't get a choice as to what they recover. they will do the entire drive and what they recover is what you pay for, whether it's the data you really needed or not.
