1. To get the terms right: OE is a mail client, not a mail server. That's a program with your ISP.
2. Forward the mail. Then edit it as you like. It will contain the adressee, you as a sender, a subject starting with "Fw:" unless you edit it, and that parts of the body you don't delete.
To see it from the receiving side: there is no guarantee at all that a forwarded message bears any resemblance to the original. Say you get a mail from person A saying she loves B, then forward it to B after subtly changing 'love' in 'hate', and B will never know unless he asks A what's wrong. This works for both the body of the message and for the headers with the e-mail-addresses, of course.

To forward an e-mail received from someone without all those already forwarding addresses? So like it would be
an almost brand new forwarding. Dont laugh. Using OE as
