That is, all the traces were to router1-lon.linode.com so that end point won't change location.
So without diving into networking yet, what issue are you trying to fix?

I did a traceroute on every one of my device's networks from home internet to Tmobile iPhone to AT&T Samsung S7 Edge and all the traffic is routed back to London. I live in Los Angeles. All the traffic goes the router1 or router2 linode.com. Looking it up, it is owned by a TelecityGroup International. I was wondering if it is normal for all of my traffic to go to one place and why in London. Following is the traceroute of the devices, I changed my IP's.
