I bought a seagate 3TB hard drive and used GPT to format it in Vista Business(PC BIOS, not UEFI BIOS).
Is this 3TB hard drive with GPT partition need to be aligned and how to align it? I could not find any article exactly regarding to this issue form internet.
Your reply didn't answer my question and I have some TERRIBLE news about that drive. It's one of the worst models. Don't believe me?

You may want to consider this model as unstable. Be sure to maintain backups and don't trust it.

are you asking the 4K sector alignment thing? actually, all hard drives, including SSD and traditional hard drive need 4K sector alignment which can speed up read and write. of course it is a good way to extend SSD lifespan
