Is Firefox dead?

by 1Chris / August 5, 2009 3:25 AM PDT

I click on the Firfox shortcut on the desktop and an hourglass shows up for a few seconds and then nothing. SSC firewall asked at one point if Firefox could connect to the Internet; I clicked Yes. I went into Program Files\Firefox.exe...nothing. I uninstalled Firefox. I reinstalled Firefox, and it seemed to work once. It just won't fire up now.
What could be going on here?

I've used those before and if mispellig is an issue then free support and free ideas is not for you. You may want to try paid support.

However I found that uninstalling then deleting the old Mozilla program directory then a fresh install usually is the last step to cure this.
