Is China TSTC (Tianjin) Samsung fake ? help please

Hi, I recently cheked my Samsung Note 3's warrenty using serial number and I've found these informations about it:

Division: Mobile Phone (HHP)
Production location: China TSTC (Tianjin)
Manufacture line: 8-line
Production month: June 2014
Factory warranty till: 31 August 2016

Please tell me is it considered as fake or bad quality ??
