Sorry, no, ARO 2011 isn't Avast! Antivirus. These are totally different programs from totally different makers that do totally different things.
http://download.cnet.com/Avast-Free-Antivirus/3000-2239_4-10019223.html on our download site tells about Avast (the free version, there are others, like the paid version, just search for that)

CNET doesn't sell software, and you didn't buy it with us, so we can't do anything for you now to get you your money back. There's no more you can do than contact them and hope for the best.
Moreover, on the forums we never recommend such cleaning and optimizing programs, even if our colleagues that review it are positive.
If you don't run an antivirus I can recommend the free version of Avast!, althought you might prefer to have the extra functions of the paid software. That's up to you. See the difference and download what you want on http://www.avast.com/free-antivirus-download

I got myself into a mess by trying to download Avast Antivirus (the paid program) because my computer was running slow.
I ended up paying $90 and not sure what I'm into now. The free program said - buy now for complete protection and correcting errors. So did and it sounded so good. It said add this and add that for $29 and I would see the total price before I paid on Paypal. When AFTER I paid on paypal it showed $90 and I tried to back up but TOO LATE. I now own Sstweak System, Harddisk Tuneup, Mem Turbo and ARO2011? I don't know what to do.
I contacted them to cancel the order but haven't heard anything. I'll call tomorrow but I'm sick to my stomach about this.
Any suggestions?
