is an apple macbook air 13.3 with 8gb ram good enought?

Hallo I'm 16 years old and im about to buy a new pc for school.
I have looked for the maxbook air 13.3
Intel Core i7 1.7 GHz ( 3.3 GHz ) / 4 MB Cache
8 GB DDR3 1600Mhz
256GB SSD
LED 1440 x 900 / WXGA+
Grafics: Intel HD Graphics 5000
is that an good pc for a student if I want to study on it and steal be able to play League of legends and use photoshop and stuff?

This quote finds there are more issues than just the 5000.

While it's a very nice computer, it's not a gamer.

i undestand that is wasnt a gamer and i allready had that im mind when i was looking for at pc.
its not a lot im going to play (i think) and its mostly for school studdy and smal photoshop useage
