You need to look at the individual specs of a player to determine if it will play SACD. Just because a player will play Blu-Ray does not mean that it is optimized to play audio discs to their fullest. Same holds true with DVD-Audio discs. Unless the player specifically states that it will play DVD-A, it won't. If you look at standard DVD players, the same holds true. How many standard players will play SACD and DVD-A? Not many, but some will. You need to look at individual specs.
