Is 1080p worth it on 32" LCD?

Dec 3, 2008 5:33AM PST

Thinking of buying Samsung LN32A550 (1080p) LCD TV, for bedroom and I will not be using blueray on it, so for HDTV (limited 1080 now) is 32" worth getting in 1080p or should I go with 720p (LN32A450)?

Thanks!

720P for you.

On a tv larger than 32" I would recommend 1080P, but I believe most techs would agree that 720P will give you much delight on a 32" Samsung--even if later you decide to add a Blu-Ray player.

I agree with the first posting, go with 720p, the smaller screen is much better viewed at that resolution
