It really does not tell you about video quality at all. Since what 1080p 60i is well documented I won't duplicate the web but what you need is some video from said camera UNDER THE SAME SHOOTING CONDITIONS you will be using.

You could try research with say Google and put the word/phrase Samsung HMX q100bn sample video and see if any is online.

I wonder why this is 1080p then 60i. Why it sounds confusing is that 1080p means 1080 scan lines "progressive" and the 60i is 60 frames per second "interleaved" or "interlaced." Sorry but everyone should be shortchanging you since 1080p or 60i on google would state this and in my opinion you should be asking questions other than this.
