IRQ_DEVICE_NOT_LESS_THAN_OR_EQUAL blue screen, please help!

I have been getting this error for a while now, what happens is that the computer blue screens and says the above, and also mentions a film ....dm.sys, i cant remember the first bit. If it happens again, I will photograph it or write it down. Anyway, it then somtimes says it is dumping physical memory, and sometimes it just restarts after several seconds.
This is now beyond a joke, as it has happened 4 times today, so now im making a proper effort to sort it out.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance

The IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL stop ...

error normally indicates a problem with a driver, service or BIOS.

Here is a link to help you troubleshoot your problem.

The whole error message is important.

Bug Check 0xA: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

This one is for Win 2k http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/w2kmsgs/6077.asp

And if yours is something other than an 0xA error here are a few more:
http://search.microsoft.com/search/results.aspx?view=msdn&st=b&na=82&qu=IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL&s=1

Something that is quick and easy to do and often solves the IRQL Stop message is to simply RE-INSTALL your latest Service Pack (SP4 for Win 2K)
