iRobot Roomba NOT equiped w/TASER...but PackBot is...‎

I have just read a story that describes TASER and iRobot teaming up to equip iRobot's military/law-enforcement robot, the PackBot, with an X26 TASER unit. I think the early details on yesterday's story (ep. 508, http://www.vnunet.com/vnunet/news/2193273/robocop-comes-streets) weren't fleshed out yet. More details here:

However - putting a TASER on your Roomba and modifying its programming to act as a "sentry" vehicle may be a lost cost alternative for the home. ...That could also be a painful experience figuring that out though - you have been warned Wink

Best,
Shalin

JUST KIDDING! Happy

Actually, it'd be a hilarious, crazy experience to strap tasers to a bunch of roombas in a cage match against one another or against a human that needs to navigate a field of moving Roombas - I'd imagine lots of old-rubber-tires would be strapped to one's legs to insulate from the the shock...

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
