iRiver H10 20GB

I ordered an iRiver H10 - 20GB for my daugher(she's 17) for Christmas, but am wondering if it's going to give her problems. I already notice that Napster doesn't support this model, although they claim to support the 5GB. I hope I didn't buy $260 worth of problems...anyone out there who already owns one!?, can you give me some insight?
