Iraqi school kids...........

by Mac McMullen / November 16, 2005 4:11 AM PST

A group of Iraqi children from the Hateen School in Iskandaryiah, Iraq, crowd around as U.S. soldiers assigned to Bravo Company, 490th Civil Affairs Battalion, 155th Brigade Combat Team, talk with them during a visit to the school district, Nov. 10, 2005. Looks like kids anywhere to me. Groomed, fed, and having fun.

H'mmm...I have a problem picking out the girls.

That some of the usual suspects have not come along to claim that the photo was faked or coerced. Surely you know that every word out of CENTCOM is a lie and that there are NO happpy people anywhere in Iraq.

Watching the news a couple of nights ago, and they were interviewing an American Officer. There was a crowd of Iraqi civilians, It was group of people that had elected(chosen) someone to speak for them with the officer.

In the background these people were holding a banner, the banner said

"We need Food, Water and Electricity"
