that is, until I got the first case they made for the Touch. The headphone jack hole is misplaced, you have to really play with the velcro flap on the top to get the sleep button in the middle (where it's supposed to be), not to mention the case does not fit it too well at all. It bulges all along the sides for me and the white threading woven into it pops out in some places.
Incase did make one accurate statement though: it's a snug fit. It's hard to pull out of there. Seriously. And for those who like to be careful when handling nice gadgets, this case makes it a bit hard. The only plus is the chrome finish is protected, but of course, you can't see it, as with most iPod cases in general. I'm going to get a new one, preferably a Griffin or one of the other ones Apple has now.
Incase must have had a bad quarter, LOL. When I got my MBP, I bought a nice Incase sleeve, which is great. And I guess it's been about 3 years ago since I got my good old Video, which I had trouble with too... the first case was one of those cheap Incase neoprene sleeves. That case completely scratched up the finish on it, and the click wheel. I was able to swap it for a better quality Incase case thing, which I enjoy very much, but right now, they're slipping in quality. Or you just need to pay extra for all of their better stuff, though most of their products are somewhat expensive to begin with. Comes with the Apple territory. LOL.
