IPOD TOUCH 4th GEN

i purchased an ipod touch second hand. when i plug it into my laptop it is not appearing in my itunes. The iPod is displaying the charger lead and iTunes image. can anyone help me?

...it's always a good idea to do a factory reset. That way it's not still mated to the previous owner's iTunes Library/account(s)/PC or Mac, etc.

yeah bro factory reset your phone than connect it to itunes it will work fine pepe is right.
