ipod memory?

i no this is probobly a stupid question but on the ipod 5g if i but less pictures on it can i have more movies and music or vice versa, in other words can i designate a certain amount of memory for different things or is it that i half to have a certain amount of memory for each

haha, it's not really that stupid of a question if you think about it. Anyway, the memory is 30 or 60gb TOTAL. So you can put whatever you want on it and not be limited at all up to 60gb
