While I use HANDBRAKE, I think I'm seeing a new consumer. They feel that all things must do everything. Gone are the days where people would research an issue or think about video or audio file conversions. They want the maker to supply it all.
Before that could ever happen the US PATENT system would need an overhaul. If that doesn't make sense then more research on your part is required.
