Newegg or geeks.com for chargers. I don't see the issue here except you may need the proper charger or the battery is past its prime. At least there are plenty of people out there with replacement batteries.

I have a 2 year old 10GB iPod and I bought a belkin combination charger/USB cord for my iPod. it didn't work. I took it back after peeling a sticker off the back that covered a note saying it would only work for the click wheel iPod. I then got an iPod brand USB power adapter along with an iPod brand dock connector to USB. it didn't work either. I have no clue why. I'm thinking it could be because my iPod is older and needs to use the firewire connector, but i've used friends' chargers before and they have the newer versions of iPod. And I've synced my iPod through my USB port with their cords too.
if someone could tell me how to solve this problem that would be so great! I need to charge my iPod.
thank you!
