The less you play with your Ipod while playing music, turn volume up, use your backlight, and use equalizers, the more juice you're going to get out of one charge.
How much battery life could I expect from the 30 GB fifth-generation iPod? I know it runs for 14 hours on continuous playback, but I don't exactly follow ''continuous playback''. If I were to play a song, then after that song is finished go through the menus and select another song, how long would it last? How much better would it be if I turned the backlight off or set it to 2 seconds before fading?
